i stumbled upon this blog and already love it! keep up the inspiring and encouraging posts! i’m going to keep following it and checking back often! (:
Thank you for the kind comment. Unfortunately, life has been busy lately and our posts have not been as frequent. You have encouraged us to keep on. You keep writing too; it is so good to see others living for Christ and proclaiming it!
God bless, Kimberly
Dear John, Kimberly, & boys, Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers…God is certainly moving people and getting things ready for something….These hard economic times make people rely on Him more and more and hopefully realize that they can no longer just rely on themselves…as you have said. Jenni and Mark are seeking His will now as his employer is changing things and his father is so sick in Slidell, LA across Lake P. from New Orleans, etc. Tim and Carrie are also facing changes…but thankfully God is the One doing the changing..and He’s still the same….
Love you,
Sue@Seaside
Thanks for sharing, Sue, and for praying for our family. We will be praying for your family too with upcoming changes. We appreciate your encouragement
Love you too!
Dear John, Kimberly, Andrew, Peter, and Josiah,
I hope you remember me. I was on the Ecola Summer Ministry Team and a counselor at Elohim this summer. I am home on Christmas break from school and stumbled upon my SMT journal from last summer, and I had written your blog address down.
Your family had a great impact on me last summer. I have very fond memories of playing with Peter and Andrew, and talking with John and Kimberly about life, God, etc.
I pray that God is blessing you and your ministries, as well as your lives in general. Say hello to the kids for me
I do have my own blog. If you’re interested, it is http://johntfriend.blogspot.com/
God bless!
John Friend
I just posted on your John Bunyan review, but I notice that your husband is from coastal Oregon! I am from Corvallis!
